Is anyone having a problem with notifications from Amazon of their sales?

I did not receive the usual email "Seller Notification" notice from Amazon on 2 separate sales yesterday.

However, The 2 sales did show under my "Manage Orders".

I count on the initial notice from Amazon for my book sales and this has never happened before!

The solution is to NOT count on the Sold Ship Now notice, but to check Seller Central and least once a day.

Something similar tho' not exactly the same happened .. for some reason my SMS text notification stopped working on 10.12.23 .. I checked and re-checked every aspect .. it finally started working again on 11.30.23. Another glitch that showed during this time was that buyers could utilize expedited shipping (which I do not offer and setting has been toggled off since starting).

Clearly there are few options beyond checking your settings (email address) and creating a case with Seller Support. Hopefully it's a one off .. obviously the given is to check daily .. one last thing I did do was download the seller's app onto my iphone last week .. far easier to check the app daily (some days) than my Mac. Best of luck re: your current glitch .. KJ
