Amazon advise against this and if any queries they won’t support you. Ask buyer to cancel order and re-order with correct address.

It’s allowed but as others have said, not recommended in many cases.
Personally, if low cost and something without Amazon approved tracking, I would happily redirect to wherever in the UK the customer wants. If they claim inr, even at the original address, it would be lost anyway so no worse off.
