Order Delivered by UPS with photograph however Amazon took our money and refunded customer
Hello,
The order 111-2779659-4291459 was shipped to the customer with UPS and a photograph was provided that shows the package at the customers door. however Amazon approved A-Z claim and we have been charged for the refund. This feels like theft is there any way to hold Amazon accountable for theft?
Amazon Comments: The customer reported an issue with delivery. In this case, the tracking information indicates delivered, but the customer did not receive the package. Because you provided sufficient information that proves order was actually received by the customer, we will not count the claim against your Order Defect Rate.

Neither tracking nor photographs are considered proof of delivery. Only Signature constitutes proof.
Did you use Amazon buy-shipping? If so, Amazon should have funded that unless the small print about only covering INR if you allow automated handling has now kicked in.

Hello @Seller_I1C5BZi10R8WO- thanks for the post.
I was able to take a look through this order and claim, and can confirm that the Buy Shipping service doesn't appear to have been used for the order, though it does offer protections against INR claims. @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl here is correct to advise that tracking and photographs can still leave room for other issues to occur with a delivery, resulting in the customer not receiving a package. I'll link to our help page on buy shipping protections and the recommendation for capturing signatures to help guard against situations where the package appears to be delivered but other issues prevent the customer from receiving the item.
Best regards,
Danny
