Urgent Help Needed: Pickup Agent Marked Order as Shipped, But Product Still with Me
Hello fellow sellers,
I'm facing a serious issue and need advice. I sell custom rubber stamps, and I had an order (ID: 406-3895783-5200340) that was confirmed late in the day. The pickup agent came to collect it, but the product wasn't ready because the customer hadn't approved the design.
Surprisingly, the order status shows that it was picked up and has passed through five Amazon facilities, but the product is still with me! I have no idea what the agent sent instead of my product. I've contacted Amazon support multiple times, reopened the case twice, and even called, but they keep closing the case, saying everything is fine.
This has been going on for five days, and I'm worried the customer will receive nothing and leave negative feedback, which could seriously harm my account. Has anyone experienced something like this? What can I do to get Amazon to take this issue seriously?
