Non-pesticide Mosquito killer with electroshock
Dear team,
I was looking for the answer If someone had an issue like me. I was importing a product mosquito killer with EV tubes (non-pesticide and no chemicals). But, Amazon has removed it from my listing, because it is identified to be registered with the EPA FIFRA. However, is not. All agencies are confirming that it exempt from EPA FIFRA regulations. Do you recommend to change the title? And please, can you advise what words are actually inspiring Amazon to identify as a pesticide... My current tittle is:
Bug Zapper Outdoor, Mosquito Zapper Fly Zapper for Outdoor Indoor, Mosquito Killer for Home, Backyard, Patio
Hope for help hand from you, please!!!

Hi there @Seller_GnF3iesJffH8l,
I would review your product against the help page on Pest control products and pesticides. I would review the content on pesticide claims as I believe it would be difficult to argue that this product doesn't make pesticide claims:
Pesticide claims
A product can be classified by the EPA as a pesticide if the product claims, states, or implies, even indirectly, that it can or should be used to prevent, destroy, repel, mitigate, or take any other similar action against any kind of pest. Examples of "pests" include insects, mold, bacteria, mites, mildew, and animals. For US listings, this could appear anywhere in the detail page text, on an image, or both.
Please review as these are the only pesticide products eligible for sale on Amazon:
Examples of permitted listings
Listing are permitted for pesticides and pesticide devices that comply with FIFRA and all applicable state and local laws, including registration and labeling requirements. To be eligible for sale in the US, all pesticides must be labeled with a valid EPA registration number and an EPA establishment number, or qualify for one of the exemptions. Pesticide devices must be labeled with an EPA establishment number.
Thank you for your understanding.
