Brand Authorization Letter

We have got a brand authorization letter from the brand owners to sell the branded products as a seller. While creating the product listing of one of the product, we have been asked to provide certain documents. We have provided the letter and other images that meets the requirements but still support team is not approving our request. Please guide on this.

Does the letter specifically say you can sell ON AMAZON?

Additionally, did you source directly from the brand or an authorized wholesale source?

There is an additional (rare) possibility --

Some brands have multiple 'owners' or control parties for different countries or markets.

If this is a global product you MIGHT need authorization from multiple control parties to sell on Amazon (at least doing global sales).

While I wait for you to answer @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp's questions above, do you have a case number where these documents were attached? I tried finding one myself but was having a little trouble. 🙂
