Check the updated programme quality metrics for Amazon Renewed
We are improving our quality metrics at Amazon Renewed. Percentage of Negative Reviews over Orders (NRO) and Average Product Rating (APR) will replace the previous metrics Renewed Quality Score (RQS) and Product Review Score.
You must satisfy the following updated performance criteria in order to ensure compliance with the Amazon Renewed Global Quality Requirements:
- Perfect Order Percentage must be greater than 85%, Order Defect Rate must be less than 0.8%, and Average Product Rating (APR) must be greater than 3.5.
- Percentage of Negative Reviews over Orders (NRO) must be less than 2.0%, 1-star and 2-star reviews are considered as negative reviews.
In addition, all products must be refurbished in India. All orders for renewed products must be fulfilled through FBA or Seller Flex.
Orders for renewed products cannot be fulfilled through other channels, including Amazon Easy Ship and Self-Ship.

My Amazon account is in advanced level in Step Growth Plan.
But i have not received any benefits from it.
Also i have claim rewards still no benefits like it shows 10 A+ content ASIN .
I have received a call from amazon team & She said i will handle your ad & optimize it. But nothing done by her, Also she call only 1 time in 15 days .
Very pathetic service.
How can amazon encourage seller to trust on it.
