New Seller Incentive
We have fulfilled all the necessary eligibility criteria outlined in Amazon's New Seller's Incentive Promotion Terms and have expected to receive incentives in the form of credits against usage charges for Inventory to FBA, Brand Launch, Partnered Carrier Programme, coupon credits, and ad credits. Regrettably, despite meeting the requirements, we have not yet received the promised credits. This situation has resulted in a significant upfront expense for our operations without the anticipated financial support.
Upon checking our seller incentive dashboard, it indicates that we still need to enroll, which is perplexing given that our listed products are actively being sold on Amazon. We have taken proactive measures by creating a case with seller support, but the case has been transferred without a response to date. We are deeply concerned about this lack of communication and the delay in resolving the issue, as it is impacting our business operations adversely.

I see that you opened a case regarding this issue. I see in the reply you received from support, this information:
"Only sellers who are the first to complete brand registry and be identified by Amazon as a brand owner in a given region within six months of listing their first buyable ASIN will be eligible to receive the new brand owner bonus. Only sales from ASINs that are associated with brands for which you've been identified as the first brand owner will be eligible for the 5% bonus."
Is it possible that some of the brands you are selling are ones where you were not identified as the first brand owner eligible?
