Relisting item now that I have UL4200A & trademark, but Brand stolenproblems

Hi Y'all. In June 2024 my product, ASIN B08NRQ9STS, was delisted because of not having UL4200A certification. Since then I have made changes to my product and received UL4200A certification and received a trademark associated with the product. I expect to receive product available for sale in a couple of weeks. I submitted my UL4200A to Amazon, it was approved, and I now have access to my listing. In preparation to sell I started to update my listing to match the changes. PROBLEM IS:

TThe Brand has been changed toand I am locked out . NPreviously the brand was LKER but I did not have a trademark. (Now I have a trademark on the product under LEONARDS WAY.) This happened eviously and Amazon Customer Service was able to resolve the issue.

My goal is recover my listing, update the listing to match the improved product, obtain Brand Registration to lock in protection for the product, and go back to selling on Amazon.

Please advise how I can quickly do this.

Thank you,

Mr.Leonard

Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent situation with your ASIN. I understand you made changes and got a trademark registered, and you were attempting to update the listing after you had the compliance documents accepted. I want to provide insight into this situation, but do want to get some clarification.

When you say that you made changes, could you clarify exactly what was changed? If the product is now different than what was originally advertised on the listing, you will need to take steps to create a new ASIN as the product would be considered a different version. In addition, I would advise on contacting brand registry with the documents you have for the trademark to get established with them and protection for your intellectual property.

If you have any other questions or updates regarding this, please continue to utilize this thread for support.

Best,

Atlas
