Urgent: Request to Review Pending Pickup Issue Affecting Account Health
Dear Amazon Account Health Team,
I am writing to bring to your urgent attention a situation that is seriously affecting my account health through no fault of mine.
I had prepared my product(s) properly and on time for Amazon Easy Ship pickup as per the guidelines. However, the Easy Ship pickup personnel failed to collect the parcels despite my packages being ready, properly packed, and labelled. I have evidence and witnesses that confirm this.
Due to this failure, my account now shows risk of deactivation, which is extremely distressing. This is not a seller-side issue, and I respectfully request Amazon to review the pickup records and camera/driver logs on your end. It is unfair for a small seller like me to be penalized for a lapse by the logistics partner.
Please understand that if my account is deactivated due to this error, I will be left with no livelihood. I will be left with no option but to initiate legal proceedings against the concerned pickup agency for the damages and loss of income caused to me. They will need to prove in court that the pickup was attempted properly and that I failed in my responsibility, which is not the case.
I kindly request that you investigate this issue thoroughly and remove any negative impact on my account health caused due to this third-party lapse. I am a committed seller and want to continue building my business on Amazon.
