"Request a Review" confirmation

Is there a way to confirm that Amazon actually sends out a review request email after the "Request a Review" button is tapped for an order? Thanks.

Is there a way to confirm that Amazon actually sends out a review request email after the "Request a Review" button is tapped for an order? Thanks.

Hi @Seller_ZdAkrc421R8lPand thanks for reaching out. Yes, after clicking the "Request a Review" button, you should have received a confirmation email from Amazon indicating that the review request has been sent to the customer.

You can also check the Order Detail page in your seller account to see the status of review requests and whether they have been sent.

Please review to the Request a review from a customer page for additional information. From that page:

"If you would still like to request a review for a specific order, we recommend that you use the Request a review feature on the Order Details page instead of asking the customer via email or Buyer-Seller Messaging."
