Amazon support cannot solve any problem

Amazon selling partner support is absolutely the worst and cannot solve literally any problem. Had issues with Listings, FBA, etc and all they do is out you on hold and tell you they will transfer the issue to some other team. The other team is also equally pathetic. Then they escalate to management team who also doesn't seems to have the knowledge! Have signed up 4 months ago and have raised about 12 cases, none of which had a satisfactory resolution. Extremely frustrating experience! Does anyone else face this?
