Add Additional File to Mediation Submission
Hi
I've just created a new appeal as part of the Mediation Process but failed to add one of my key documents (POA)
Upon checking the guidance states given in reply to the question "I already submitted a mediation request. Can I add additional information or documentation?" states:
"Yes, to add additional information, go to Request mediation."
However when I follow the link there in no option to add further info
Can anyone advise me how to get this one additional document through to the team please?
