Video Rejected Due to “Illegal Content” – Incorrect Flagging

I recently uploaded a product video on Amazon for my brand’s bike cover. However, the video was rejected with the reason stated as “Illegal Content.” I would like to clarify that the video contains no illegal, harmful, or policy-violating material.

Details:

The video showcases our bike cover product with simple visuals of the product in use, its features, and benefits.

There is no objectionable or restricted content in the video—no offensive language, imagery, or misleading claims.

After the first rejection, I made minor adjustments to ensure full compliance and re-uploaded the video.

Despite the changes, the video was again rejected with the same “Illegal Content” reason.

Request:

I believe this rejection is due to an automated system error or false detection. I respectfully request a manual review of the video to help identify what exactly is being flagged—if any issue genuinely exists.

Please advise how I can proceed to have my product video approved.
