I have been asked to provide a declaration of conformity for a jigsaw puzzle and craft items. They are for under 14 years old so I need a declaration. These items were not imported by me but purchased through a third party. I have a template for the conformity, however the instructions have me bemused. I know the manufacturer, batch numbers etc. Who signs the bottom of the form if it has been passed on through various traders, then to me?
