Fake buyers placed 3 of my orders and also claimed refund in them whereas on order return the box came empty and gave bad feedback on my order which caused huge loss to my account health and my orders have stopped since last one month and all my buy box have also been snatched away

We also faced the same issue and tried contecting amazon team for the same but there is no response.
