I am so disappointed i just tried to replaced the charge method tried to put WISE CARD its constantly denied . Any suggestions please in this regard ?.

Despite several references to Debit cards within Amazon's help files, you need a true CREDIT card to open a seller account.
Get a CREDIT card, then change the charge method, and you should at least advance to the next step.

While you may use a debit card for certain charges, you will need a true credit card in order to list and move forward with your account activation. When you register as a seller, you must enter a credit or debit card that will accept international charges and that has a valid billing address located in an eligible country. Your credit or debit card will be billed the monthly fee (if applicable) or USD 1 (excl. VAT) for purposes of validating the card. For more information, go to bank account credit card information.
