UNVERIFED FAKE review on BRAND NEW product Mods help!!!!
Mods I need help! I am brand registered and am the SOLE seller of my product that I hand make and sell on Amazon. Amazon is the ONLY platform my product is sold on. Today, I see on my product there is a 1 star review from an "unverified" account. When I go under the brands and customer reviews tab it says that "this review is from a customer who did not purchase the product from Amazon". This should be illegal and is criminal! I am spending money on ADS to get my product exposure and then Amazon allows a competitor to come along and write a FAKE unverified review of my product who NEVER purchase my item. This is sick!!!!
I have a case open currently about the issue ID 15459446571.
I contacted customer support and explained my issue. I have reported the review as well as the person who wrote the fake review. It is a brand new "buyer" account with no feedback history. The associate told me they have made a case on the back end and have added the screenshot I provided but then when I hung up the phone the case immediately goes to answered and says that feedback removal requests can only be considered when going through the report abuse. I need help this is so unfair someone is able to come along and do this. I am a small business who only sells on Amazon and is brand registered and is the SOLE owner and make my product at home and this person as completely tarnished my listing. Please help!!!

To add, I am the sole owner and seller of my product. I do not distribute the product anywhere except to the end user on Amazon. This product is only sold on Amazon.
I have reported the review and also have reported the FAKE customer. I have sent an email to community-help at amazon.com. The case ID 15459446571 is basically a dead end because I was told to email the community help.
I need a mod to look into my issue and escalate somehow to get this fake review removed. It is AGAINST Amazon's terms of service for another seller to make fake reviews about my product. Amazon shouldn't allow reviews that are fake to be posted! It is unfair and insane!

Oh Also, I tried to report the abuse under the another seller account is attempting to harm my business but it won't let me submit because there is NO order ID BECAUSE THE PEROSN NEVER PURCHASED MY PRODUCT

I reviewed your case. If I raise an escalation before you request removal through the Feedback Manager in Seller Central, they will simply dismiss it. I am sorry, but that is the way it works. Follow the steps below to request removal.
- From the three-line menu at the top left corner of Seller Central, go to "Customers" and select "Feedback Manager".
- Locate the feedback that you want to have reviewed.
- In the "Actions" column, select "Request removal" from the drop-down menu.
They should not have misled you when they replied to you through your case. The only person who can do the 3 steps above is you. After you have done the 3 steps above, if they do not remove the feedback, then come back to the forums and then ask for an escalation.
