Reporting customer fraud

We have a "customer" who I suspect is a competitor that has ordered our product 11 times. Returning it each time and leaving negative feedback. They also complain to Amazon each time, to the point that it is now on our performance report as excessive defects and risks removal.

How do I report this buyer? Amazon SC case management has no interest. There does not seem to be any recourse.

Sadly by doing FBA you can't even use the IC3 website to report them unless you can discover their real name and address.

I refuse to do FBA because I know that I can pack and ship my items better than they can AND I can track these thieves down using FBM.

You can report your issue by utilizing the "Report abuse" link located on the left hand side of your Account Health Dashboard. The hyperlink is located near the top of the page directly underneath the "Account Health" heading.

When submitting your information, please provide all relevant details and supporting documentation regarding these orders and subsequent negative feedback you are receiving.
