UK registration process for non-UK resident

Dears,

I have created my seller account by registrating CA, MEX, SA and BAE stores. Now, I would like to register UK store as well.

While searching how to register UK store, I have learned that Limited Company and VAT registration number are needed if I want to register UK store. While UK residents does not need VAT number (Company is enough), We as non-residents must provide VAT number as well. (I am not sure if it is true.)

I will set limited company up according to requirements. But I could not find anywhere what is required.

Could you please give information what kind of documents or information should I provide? What kind of actions should I take? Or could you please send a link if there is any guide for it?

Besides, I created seller account by using my phone number. Should I buy UK phone number as well to register UK store?
