Request for feature offer eligibility review
I have lost feature offer eligibility for Used books and cds. Case ID # ID 16502494811. It is my understanding used items are not eligible to be featured? But I am talking about the used buy box underneath the featured offer as most of my FBA inventory is used books and cds. Even when I am the only FBA offer I am not winning buy box.
On my inventory page it has a check mark next to Featured Offer however none of my listing are being featured in the used Books or CDs buy box.

ASIN : B000254SVK
I could list more but I think three examples should show the issue im having. This appears to be a new problem because I have not had this problem in the past.

I understand about the situation you are experiencing with the Featured Offer eligibility on your listings. In this case, I have reviewed the case ID provided and I am able to see that our team requested specific ASIN's information in order to dive deep the issue, however, you didn't provide that information within the case. Before we can take a look at this, you must reach out to our Seller Support team and provide the requested information so they can investigate and help you further. If the same case ID doesn't let you reopen, you can open a new case, but this time please provide the ASINs when you create the case along with the rest of the information related to the issue.
In addition, please note that becoming eligible for the Featured Offer doesn't guarantee that you will get featured. However, there are a few things that you can do to increase your chances. For more information, go to Become the Featured Offer.
