For some reason even though I have put it in the Amazon retail side delivery preferences (FRONT OF BUILDING) and also the name on the package is FRONT OF BUILDING I still get packages at the back of the building.

Customer service on the retail side cant set the delivery pin without an order but we only have returns sent there. So how can we fix this?
