How do you cancel returns?

discussion.if you and a buyer work out an agreement. How can you cancel a return? Buyer says it won't allow them on their end since it was auto approved by amazon.

sounds like a scam. You can always cancel a return. Anything you do MUST go through Amazon. Ask them to contact customer service.

If the customer wants to cancel a return, they simply don't ship the item back to you. Eventually, the return request will expire, and any shipping labels will be voided. Nothing for you to do, except wait for it to go away.

This is fairly common for me; a customer asks for a return, and never ships it back. In the end, it's as if the request never happened.
