Safe t Claim issue
i think amazon is doing fraud with us because earlier when amazon passed the safe t claim on the same we don't get to much wrong or broken product but amazon is taking any seller seriously . They are making fool of us. 99 % of claim are getting rejected by giving the foolish reason of exceeded limit of safe-t claim and now we are getting too much wrong and broken product and amazon is doing nothing for that. This platform is getting worse day by day . The seller support team of amazon is the worst support team in any e-commerce platform

Genuine Safe-T claims are being rejected without giving reverts as well.
Amazon initiated refund to customer and did not pick up my products and reverting us by saying we have initiated refund.
This kind of act discourages sellers and also forced to bear huge losses.

Now days even if the customer has not received the product and when it comes back to us it is open. This shows their courier/delivery persons are opening it and damaging the product. When we submit claim under safety then approve very less amount is approved. There is no clear answer or calculations given to us that on what basis claim value is generated

yes same issue they not given any proper reason for rejecting claim
amazon losing seller trust day by day lots of my friend seller now focus on other ecommerce marketplace due to amazon not given proper detail about it any action on account they always reply same our internal team have checked this your information is not enough etc etc ...

Customers are god for Amazon & we sellers are fools it seems,
doing so much hard work only to occur huge loss due to cheating of customers or courier person.

We are also facing the same issue, Without any investigation they rejected the claim even after were reopening the claim multiple times they are directly reject the claim, we bear huge losses.
