my payment of Rs 1,60,000 has been credited by amazon . I am really feeling helpless and getting no solution of this.
I had a call with the seller support team they have transferred the case but not getting reply from anywhere.
If anyone could provide us a solution please help me.

check your account details with Amazon. Ideally account details should be correct. if you have checked your account details which seems to be correct then you may get in touch with your banker to check suspense transaction details. some time bank may hold payment.
