Fake Customer Reviews
I am reporting a serious and targeted attack on my product listings involving a coordinated effort to post fake, defamatory, and non-verified reviews. These reviews are designed to manipulate customer perception, downgrade listing ratings, and violate Amazon’s Community Guidelines on authentic customer feedback.
The reviews have been posted by suspicious accounts, many of which share identical language and images across multiple ASINs, a clear indicator of review fraud. Some public reviewer profiles confirm a pattern of posting 5-star reviews for competitor products and 1-star reviews on mine.

If a customer makes a purchase and leaves a review, it is considered a Verified Purchase review and I think it cannot be removed. However, non-verified reviews may be eligible for removal.

I think this is common practice in amazon now ,a account is targeted by compttiotor and trying to bring that account down .I am facing same issue. My account is targeted by suspicious order and rejected order. Last three months are very bad for me ,even feeling like to close amazon as we are true sellers do our work with ethics and values ,but if unethical practices are not considered than its very tough to survive .
