Replacement order - FBA
Hi - my customer got a defective item and asked me for a replacement. I obliged and used the template provided by Amazon to contact the customer asking that they confirm they are ok with getting a replacement (see screenshot below).
Now that the customer has consented, i can't figure out how to send a replacement item. I used the option circled below to ask the customer, but how do now actually get the replacement item to them...there doesn't seem to be anything on the order page that would allow me to do that.

You don't need to do anything; Amazon handles everything when it comes to FBA customer-related issues.
