I am writing to bring to your urgent attention a recurring issue that is severely impacting my business.
Once again, I have encountered a fraudulent return. I originally sent a pure copper product to a customer, but the returned item I received was completely different and of no value. I raised a SAFE-T claim for this, but unfortunately, it was rejected due to the claim limit being exceeded.
As a genuine seller, this situation is deeply discouraging. These repeated incidents of return fraud are not only harming my business but also causing significant financial losses. I have always trusted Amazon’s commitment to fair treatment of sellers, but I am beginning to lose faith in the system due to lack of support in such matters.
If Amazon is unable to take appropriate action or offer a fair resolution in such cases, I may be forced to consider shutting down my store on the platform. I sincerely request that my concern be escalated and reviewed again, considering the circumstances and supporting evidence I can provide.
Please look into this matter at the earliest and help restore my confidence in the marketplace.
