Seems to be over protective at the moment

Sometimes I can click on “do not require OTP on this browser” but most of the times I notice that option is now removed, and even when it is there and I tick it, I’m still asked for my OTP every couple of hours

OTP is becoming more of a requirement and not just on Amazon.

If you aren’t getting text messages - easier solution is to get an authenticator app. Either Google Authenticator on a smartphone, or you can get Authy on desktop.

No need for mobile signal, always seems to work.
