Easy ship team wont pick up my orders and i dont even recieve a call from them.

Hello Team,

I join amazon few months back as a seller and since then I am not able to fulfill many of my orders because no-one is showing up to pick the order, neither a receive a call from them regarding the pickup. I pack the order wait a few days no one shows up and then the order gets cancelled. This is also effecting my account health.

ISSUE : Every time I receive an order I packed it and ship it on time but after that no one is coming to pick up on schedule date, then I called seller support they ask me to reschedule the pickup and fill some stupid form. Eventually after two days of rescheduling my order gets cancelled by Amazon.

This is such a headache i am small startup so this seriously affects my business, i have filled the forms more then 10 times called on amazon help more then 10 times. But all i get as help in the end is nothing...... literally nothing..... they told me to try refresh my addres for some reason even though my addres wa correct.

The issue is still the same, no one shows up for the pick up neither a recieve a call. Even though my phone, address everything is added and its correct 100% sure.

Update - i just received a call from the pickup associate and he is telling me to take my order atleast 10km away from my work address. I am seriously tired of this.....................

Looks like more of my orders will be canceled today. Its so great seroiusly that i am loosing more money then earning any.
