why are customers still able to return items marked as non-returnable?
team, this is a worrying trend. customers raise a return request for a non-returnable product, i mark the request as complete and deny the return request.
they raise it again and amazon allows them to return the product. what kind of business is this? can someone from amazon shed some light on this?

When a customer calls Amazon customer support with an issue—such as damage, a defect, or receiving a different item—the team immediately processes a refund, even if the item is non-returnable. They do not investigate the claim further because they want to demonstrate that they are a customer-friendly platform.
