Listing DOES NOT contain claims regarding treatment, cure, or remedy for a problematic disease, or similar prohibited claims

We sell magnetic bracelets and a few our ASINS have been removed due to the following explanation.

The offer on your ASIN has been removed because one or more elements of your product listing contributions contain claims regarding treatment, cure, or remedy for a problematic disease, or similar prohibited claims. Products that make medical marketing claims may not be legally marketed in the U.S. without prior review and approval by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA).

Our listing does mention natural comfort, increase circulation, improve sleep, relieve inflammation and ease arthritis and muscle pain but does not go further than that. We have been selling these for over 7 years and our listing have been taken down before by bots only to get reinstated sometime later after opening dozens of tickets. However this really hurts our business and believe this is another mistake by Amazon.

Our product does not violate anything on the Amazon's Prohibited product claims page that we can find. We are asking someone from Amazon to help us figure this out and take a look.

These are all health claims. Not allowed.

Even if you could prove these effects (which you can not) such claims are not allowed. Snakeoil.

7 years without being catched? Congratulations!

Hey there @Seller_MMgU2SXJF9s1D,

I hope this finds you well. I apologize for the delay in response time here, however, @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC has provided some basic information in the meantime.

"CASE ID: 15517020561"

It does appear that your item can be relisted at this time according to this case. Have you attempted to update the listing per those instructions?

It is also important to note that claims being utilized- even if only one word or the entire phrase- can compromise the listing and leave it subject to any Amazon policy in addition to local, state, and federal laws and regulations. For example, I do see one of the bullet points in your listing states, "powerful, effective relief: skip expensive medications and get the natural comfort your body needs!"

I suggest reviewing the listing further and ensuring there is absolutely no mention of disease claims, mentions of curing or relieving any type of medical-related issue, and anything of the same nature.

All the best,

Stevie.
