Incorrect Size Mapping on Multiple Apparel ASINs
Hello,
I sell various apparel items and have been experiencing a recurring issue with incorrect size mapping across multiple ASINs.
In my inventory, the correct size is shown, but on the product detail page (listing), the ASIN is linked to the wrong size. Additionally, when a customer selects a size and adds it to the cart, the cart summary displays a different, incorrect size — which can lead to confusion and returns.
I already opened a support case (case number 17774714931), and they informed me that the ASIN would be corrected within 48 hours. However, I have many other ASINs with the same issue, and no solution has been provided for them yet.
I would like to know if anyone else is experiencing this and if they’ve found a resolution. I would also appreciate a definitive solution for the other affected ASINs.

It is possible that the size information is being provided by the Brand or the size information is being standardized. In general you will need to work with Seller Support to try to get the size adjusted, however you may need to reach out to the Brand to get certain content and sizes adjusted.
