ATS pickup on time but ECom delays the pickup
I’ve packed all of new orders and after some time, ATS boy came and picked their orders and left Ecom orders. They didn’t come even after 8 PM.
I’ll be facing a serious account issue due to their service (order pickup) failure.

At my place, all ECom or Delhivery tagged shipments are picked up by ATS only, after that I dont know how they segregate, maybe they pickup from ATS warehouse.
Shipment comes as ATS_Delhivery or ATS_ECom
I have kept shipping settings as only Easy Ship

ATS is a transport service of AMAZON where is Ecom is transport service of flipkart. So, In this case, please complain with flipkart, there is no role of amazon

You need to contact the Head Incharge of Ecom of your, it is same with me but I call him for the delays of the orders.

You should reach out to your local ECOM partner for the first time to explain the process coz many are unaware of this process especially in tier ii and tier III cities. So call them, or just the find the office and reach them. Simple!

I also faced the same issue. Complained many times to seller support, no action still. Many orders were cancelled because of these and caused loss. Seems Ecom is not dedicated pick up agent of Amazon like ATS

We are also facing the same problem, even after 3 days pickup is pending with ecom and also it affect our seller performance metrics.
Amazon needs to lookin to this matter.
