Wrong product dimensions

On the Detail Page where it says product dimensions they have put dimensions of the outer package which is Misleading to customers.

I have some customers return the products back to Amazon then Amazon sends it back to me charging my Seller Account and i also have a product policy violation when it is not my fault.

I have used the manufacturer's UPC barcode and sent my products to FBA.

I have reached out to several Amazon Seller Support Team members but no one was able to help me and I'm soo frustrated.

Try updating the information in seller central. The product dimensions are supposed to be the measurements of the actual item the customer is buying. The Package dimensions are the measurements of the package that's being shipped.

This is easy. You have items in FBA. Open a case asking FBA to 'remeasure'. You are allowed 20 remeasures a month. The FBA value will override anything else.

The bots are ridiculous, and out of control. I can't tell you how many angry returns I have had because the Amazon bots just decide one of our liquid paint products was an aerosol, and changed the listing one day instead of leaving it as a liquid. Or when the bots change the listing to matte finish when it is a glossy one. We don't even know the changes are made until someone complains as there are never any notifications.

Amazon system always goes crazy and makes mistakes, this is understandable, but they handle the mistakes in a disgusting way.

Most of Amazon emplyees are lazy and not responsiblle, they don't do anything to correct the mistake, sometimes they copy and paste somewords from somewhere as answer and close our case, sometimes they let the case open and unanswered until you forget.

Have to say a few of the emplyess don't like that, they like ot try to fix issues, but they are not authorized enough to touch the lousy system.

In short, system isn't perfect, most emplyees don't care, top management doesn't trust good few good emplyees, are the problem cannot change before long, so sellers in many cases can do nothing but suffer.
