Minoxidil Problem mistakenly flagged my product that is has this ingredient

My product has been removed in my catalog because it mistakenly flagged that it has Minoxidil ingredient. My product doesn't contain that ingredient. I contacted seller support but no one can help. They said they will transfer the case but it's already a couple of days I didn't hear anything from them. It's really frustrating that no one can help you out. Does really Amazon verifies before removing and giving false accusations?

I have reviewed the Seller Support cases from April 16th, 2024 that you filed discussing ASIN ending in C3BM. Both cases Selling Partner Support identified that there were no restrictions on your ASIN. At this time, I don't see anything on the backend showing the ASIN as being flagged for Minoxidil. and I can see the ASIN live and active on the website.

Please let us know if you are still having trouble with this ASIN. If you have any screenshots showing the ASIN continuing to be restricted for Minoxidil please provide them by covering any personal identifiable information and I can escalate to our internal teams to review.
