Estimated Delivery date on FBM orders
I have Shipping Setting Automation on for our FBM orders. It is showing all of them roughly 7-10 days out. After having this on for a few months and shipping out hundreds of packages, we keep getting emails that we have a delivery date inconsistency because we show 7-10 days but in reality they are received within 3-4. How do I get the estimated date to be changed to a more realistic delivery date promise?
I assume we are losing some sales because people don't want to wait 1 week for product

What do you have set for your handling time?
I do NOT use the automated stuff from Amazon since I don't need the extra pressure in my life from their BOTS.
I have my shipping time set for two days even though virtually everything gets shipped the same day. I do that since I DO like to take an afternoon off and go out for lunch with my wife (or head to the casino).
Beyond that, it seems you may be proving the sheer incompetency of AMAZON in general.
