Are you putting in the UPC with any dashes? Also, is the UPC directly from GS1?
Try doing a search on Amazon for that UPC number and see if it was used by a different seller for a different product since that can cause problems.
If it has been used already, do a search on the GS1 site to see who the REAL owner is.
