email from amazon regarding qualtrics
hi,
my account has been suspended for 3 years now with being told from amazon i can never have my funds and they will be locked in my account basically forever,until a few weeks back when amazon emailed me with a link to a site called qualtrics
they wanted me to pick 3 date and time slots and will contact me 3 days before but i clicked the link a few times and not sure which dates i have so i done for a final time and took a pic as no email was sent for confirmation.2 of the dates have passed and still havent heard anything.
is anyone waiting for this also???

Are you absolutely sure that the email was actually from Amazon ? - I have never known Amazon give links to other companies.

For more detailed understanding of the issue, we request you to kindly provide us the snapshot/screenshot of the notification received at the time of account deactivation and also the latest notification from the team to better assist you.
Additionally, if you do not hear from the team post the slots you've selected, let us know and we'll review further.

Go to your Seller Central Account > Performance > Select Performance Notification
