My ASIN identified as a diabetic product
My supplement CONTAINS NO WORDING surrounding "diabetes" also CONTAINS NO WORDING of "treatment, cure, or remedy".
There are no claims/wording on my product label, images, keywords, description, bullet points and A+ content.
Many other supplements on Amazon contain wording such as "blood sugar, sugar, and/or glucose" ON their label/detail page.
I explained my case THOROUGHLY with the Restricted Products/Appeals team. I REMOVED all possible wording and LOOKED AT EVERYTHING that may have cause this. But no one is giving my a SPECIFIC explanation on WHAT/WHERE/HOW these claims are associated with my product.
I keep receiving the same rejection from a different person but they cannot answer MY QUESTIONS.

Two general tips: never go by what you see others getting away with. Never.
Amazon is deliberately vague on just what you are doing wrong. They have good reason to be vague. That will not change.

Hello @Seller_xiPIwne4d96If
Thank you for the information provided regarding the deactivation of your listing. I understand that it is being identified as a claim related to diabetes. You mention the product is a supplement, what exactly is the intended use of the supplement? There are also mentions of glucose and blood sugar on the listing, what kind of context are you utilizing them in?
If you have made edits to the listing and believe it to comply, we would recommend providing documentation for the product. The documents should be able to show vital product information, and clearly explain the intended use. If you have attempted this, and is still coming back with a rejection, you may be unable to reactivate the listing.
While it is not a guarantee, you can attempt to take the acknowledgement path to remove the violation. The impacted ASIN will need to be removed from the inventory for the path to become available. Please be aware that once this path is taken you will not be able to list the product again.
If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding this situation, continue to refer here for support. Additionally, I have transferred your information for outreach to be made for you. Please ensure that your contact information is up to date so that they may reach you.
Best,
Atlas
