well i try to conctact a customer because the same customer make 2 diffent orders for the same product, and have 3 order pending orders, my concern for sure its the customer make mistake on order them to avoid over charge and for sure to us no paid more shipping, whats going on with amazon at this point??? we cant talk with customers we cant send email, oh because i call the st... number they gave us and the extention and for sure customer will not take the call because its unknow number! ,any idea how to do it? then amazon say to ship all orders, so if customer not need it it will return and again we going to loose money on shipping from us to the customer and customer to us very sad terrify to sale ont this, its very hard to understand alof of good sellers are here just because we need money to survive on the busissnes and amazon, not care

First off you should never, under any circumstances, call the customer. Their number is provided for mail services only.
Secondly, it sounds like the customer may be drop shipping, but maybe not. I'd just ship the item as it is not worth taking the hit on your account.
Especially since you haven't had an issue with this customer in the past.

You should always be contacting the buyer through the Buyer Seller Messaging Tool.
The Buyer-Seller Messages page facilitates communication between buyers and sellers in the Amazon store. It allows buyers and sellers to communicate with each other in ways that help protect the privacy of both parties, including assigning a unique, anonymized email alias to each buyer. Sellers can use the anonymized email alias the same way as a real email address. Furthermore, the anonymized email alias remains the same for all future contact with the same buyer. Buyers receive assigned a unique email alias for each seller relationship.
