The guidelines laid out here are all understood and clear.
However, your easy ship team is not following the guidelines for the correction of weights and clawbacks.
They do not respond to 90% of form submissions (within the promised 15days) and when we escalate via seller support, they claim that it was rejected with obtuse reasons that something is not matching the images, without telling us clearly what exactly is not matching.
We have noticed that they refuse to make corrections to the recommended weights and are allowed to bully the seller support to get the case closed and not bring up such cases.
As a final measure, we have had to write an email to Amit (CEO) and then the escalation department gets involved. Once the escalation department is involved then only the Easy ship team will correct the weight recommendations based on same images that we had submitted earlier on the form.
So, please educate and run some checks and balances on your internal team which is supposed to handle this, as it is your team that is not following guidelines.
