UK LTD Verification Help – Non-UK Resident Using Virtual Office

Hi, I’m a non-UK resident who registered a UK LTD (VELOMART LTD) with a virtual office address. For Amazon verification, I submitted:

Certificate of Incorporation

Payoneer business bank statement (showing company name & UK address)

Virtual office payment receipt

All info matches my Seller Central account, but Amazon keeps rejecting the documents, likely because I can’t provide a utility bill (not issued for virtual offices).

Has anyone faced a similar situation and found a solution? Any tips to get verified?

Thanks in advance!

The utility bill they usually require is for your own personal home - as part of your personal ID verification.

Having a UK virtual office does not mean the business is established and operating in the UK. You need to be transparent, change all the details on Amazon and elsewhere to your Pakistan address and ditch the virtual office. If you are storing and dispatching goods from the UK (e.g. FBA) you should be VAT registered. Amazon may deduct VAT from your sales to pay to HMRC. You may then have a chance to be reinstated.
