Is Amazon Customer Support trying to drive me CRAZY?
I have continually request calls regarding 2 cases # 15212596981 and case ##15185172031. CS (customer support) keep telling me they either called or tried to call in my time slot but I HAVE NEVER spoke to anyone, and never even received a call. I have requested 11 calls and CS has done this all 11x's and each time saying they call. I even wait on the page and it says dialing.....waiting....your call is now connected and my phone has never even rung! Plus it will stay "connected" from anywhere from 4 min up to 18 min. I have screen shots of them. CS has also sent 11 emails to my Gmail account all saying we spoke but got disconnected! The exact wording is:
This is Catherine H. (or whomever they are she was just 1 of the 11) We just had our call and it got disconnected. I'm sorry our call was interrupted before we had a chance to review and find a solution to the issue you encountered.
I have saved these emails, and they all have the CS reps name on them. Andrea B, Chris U, Mitzy Pamela O, Kevin M, Catherin H, Sreelekshmi P, Prashanti T. and Cass P. just to name a few. I have also tried emailing to which I just get a cut and paste template giving me the same non-answer as the very first message received, and again closing the case. Using the messaging was also no success. (actually, much worse).
I checked my phone # under my account page and everything is good. I also checked to make sure there were no blocked numbers - which there weren't, plus it's funny how I can get a text from Amazon with an OTP # but the CS guys can't seem to call. Even though they lie as in above saying we got "cut off" when we didn't, because they never called. I have absolutely no missed calls from amazon or even a 206-area code. After the supposed call they then close the case or say they couldn't reach me. This is all a lie, and I really can't figure out why? Are they just avoiding my cases because they know the true validity of them and don't know how to respond? Also, why are no notes posted when it says: Phone call: you and Amazon; Seller support notes about the conversation? They have any clue the time and frustration this situation has caused. Yet still my original cases that I opened have never gotten a true answer, and no one calls!! I HAVE NEVER encountered this extreme unprofessionalism with Amazon before these two cases arose. I have asked for a supervisor to get involved and call anytime (I will make sure to constantly have my phone on me) but again got the same responses as above and closed cases. ARGH This is completely out of hand. If they call like they say they do why don't they at least leave a message?
Any advice how to actually talk to someone? I've used the urgent response too and still same outcome. Am I going CRAZY? PLEASE HELP
