Inactive (Out of Stock)
I listed a product around a month ago so I could get the FNSKU, and it only arrived last week at FBA.
I have now a few hundred pieces showing available on the Inventory page but the product is not going live on Amazon and is still showing "Inactive (out of stock)
I have contacted Amazon multiple times and I have already deleted and relisted this ASIN as they instructed me, but it didn't help.
Has anyone ever had this, and how did you resolve this?
Thank you for your help.

I would assume its not received yet.
Your product arrived last week. I have never seen a product be received in a week in the fourth quarter.
Go to your manage inventory page and click on the quantity next to your FBA item. It should be highlighted in blue.
When you click on it, do you see that your units are in "reserved" status?

I've been dealing with this as well. Weeks working with Amazon on fixing the ASIN's but I keep being told they are working on it. Seller support reps seem to know this is an issue and I've been told they have had some luck fixing it for other sellers, unfortunately the two things they told me to do: 1) delete listing and relist and 2) upload a flat file, neither have worked for me. ASIN's continue to bounce back and forth from 'Stranded Inventory' and 'Inactive (Out of Stock)', yet quantity shows 'available' and not 'in reserve'.

I sent 13 skus with 120 Items a month ago to Amazon and they lost all of it. They are in the middle of investigating. I am assuming they will reimburse us for the product lost.

We don't really have enough information to answer your question.
Send us screen prints of the inventory page and the listing page.
The delete and relist is something they say to do but it does not work.

We've dealt with this several times lately. The only way to fix it is to delete the listing, wait 24 hours, then relist it.

Hello! This recently happened to me and it was a battle to sort out. I also attempted everything they instructed me to do, deleting and relisting wasn't working. Finally a support person on the phone told me to delete the listing, and then make sure you wait a full 24 hours before relisting. When you relist, you must make sure that your information matches your previous listing perfectly (specifically the SKU).
I hope this works for you

I strongly suggest don't delete anything. You will strand your inventory and lose everything put into it.
During Q4 it will take about 2 months for anything to post. The cut off for Thanksgiving was about 2 weeks ago so unlikely you will see much movement, especially with a new ASIN. They prioritize older listings with revenue history. When it does go into receiving it will take a LOT of time to be processed.
Example, this was shipped out about a month ago but is a new product. It is still in "Receiving" and is not even being worked in yet. This is normal for the time of year. Best to just hang tight and get situated for next year. Plan on stocking up before October to avoid this in the future.

Greetings @Seller_Jj5AAYY2opUVh,
I'm sorry you have had this issue with your product. There are lots of things that could be causing the inventory to read "inactive (out of stock)". If you are still having this issue can you please provide your most recent Seller Support case on this issue and I will review further? Thank you for your understanding.
