Penalized for No Mistake of Mine

Hello Everyone - I hope you all are doing good. I started just 2 months back. In these months, I was able to send out 35 different deliverers (small products). Out of these 35, total 12 orders got impacted. 3 orders got cancelled because Amazon delivery agent decided not to show up. Similarly for other 9 orders, they were picked up late by 3 days again by ATS guy. I kept calling/messaging him every single day, filled so many Easy Pickup missed form. Then came the day last week (Wednesday) when

I first received a message from Amazon that my cancellation rate plus LDR (Late Dispatch Rate) is significantly high and offers will be removed. Following day i.e., Thursday, they removed "Add to Cart" button. I raised so many support cases, gave justification, provided screenshots and it took them 4 days to acknowledge and accept. With that my LDR and Cancellation metrics came back to previous state and fixed. I felt happy.

So in all this drama, I lost my 6 days of business because now "Add to Cart" button was missing and my products were kind of shadow banned with no way for customers to come and bother to buy by navigating deep inside the system when they can buy other products by simply clicking the same for other products.

With so much hope and passion, I started off here. With every order, we used to include hand-written thank you note for our customers. All our dreams have been shattered.

Despite my metrics is perfect with no deviation, still "Add to Cart" button option is snatched from me. This is second week going on. When I reached out to customer care, they told me to wait and just wait as even they do not know when will I get the button back.

I just looking into hopelessness. With 0 sale in last 10 days with no prospect and visibility and most importantly no solution and assurance in sight, I am planning to close my account from here and just forget about this episode.

I am so helpless right now so thought of writing my ordeal here just to know if anyone of you also faced similar painful experience here.
