Anyone else facing this? Unable to create a case, unable to contact support, unable to "reactivate account" and submit documentation? Not sure what the work around is for this. But, anytime I click on the link, it just redirects to the same message. It's basically a loop. I had been selling on my account and just sent inventory in as well. My card on file does not expire until 2029.

I contacted the appropriate team and was informed that there are no pending issues with your account. Have you been able to resolve the inactivity? Is your account active now?
