Buybox wanished from top selling products for a new seller
Hi there,
We are new in Amazon, but has been selling in other platforms for some time now. When the products were listed new, we got the buy box however, after getting around 21 orders in the initial couple of days and around 7 5star reviews , we lost buybox from both of our top selling products. There are no competitors, we are the brand owners. Ideally it doesn't make any sense at all. There is no account health issue as well.
Seller support is giving template reply, no use at all. A new product we listed 2 days back got the buy box same day.

I am sure this is something related to the pricing of your products, either on Amazon or other websites. Check them properly and see if you mistakenly offer at a lower price than Amazon.

Thank you for your post. Even if you meet the eligibility requirements for the Featured Offer it doesn’t guarantee that you will get featured. We have clarified this on the forums many times. Please refer to the reply on this post

thats because you are a new seller, you will get a permananet buy box after a few months, if you are a brand owner
