Fee refund request.

Dear Amazon Seller Support,

Subject: Refund Request for Incorrect $39.99 Professional Plan Fee

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to bring to your attention an incorrect charge that has been applied to my seller account. Despite being enrolled in the Individual selling plan, I was charged the $39.99 fee associated with the Professional selling plan. Below are the details of the charge:

Date Charged: July-22-2024

Amount Charged: $39.99

I have attached supporting documents, including a screenshot of the charge and the confirmation of my current Individual plan subscription.

I also attached an E-mail "We have charged your credit card for $39.99 in an attempt to settle your Amazon seller account balance.

As I am subscribed to the Individual plan, I kindly request a refund of the $39.99 fee to my account. To facilitate the refund process, please find my personal account details below:


I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter and processing the refund at the earliest convenience. Should you require any further information or documentation, please do not hesitate to contact me.
