Cannot get Amazon to Link my Vendor Central and Seller Central Accouns to the same Entity

No matter how much documentation I provide, I cannot get Amazon to recognize my Vendor Central Account and Seller Central account as the same business - which is not only inconvenient for contribution mgmt, etc, but is also causing issues on Brand Registry.

I have tried to work with Vendor Central on it, who pass the buck. Seller Central pushes me to Brand Registry, and I think we all know how trying to explain anything to the Brand Registry team goes. I'm an experienced seller who has done this with other brands, soI have even escalated the issue to Executive Team Relations, and that guy successfully kept sending me "escalalating this to the internal team" emails until he apparently left the company.

No one at Amazon is in a position to actually have visibility into what connection issue exists between these different departments.

So I'm hoping a Moderator can help here, since the cross-department issue here is letting each Amazon department not take ownership of any fix after multiple months now.

Hi @Seller_WulRA8glivoK2,

Steve from Amazon here, thank you for reaching out. Can you please provide me with the latest case ID you have created to Seller Support for this issue? I am unsure if I will be able to assist with the Vendor Central portion of this however I am happy to review further and see if I can help.

Thanks,

Steve
